How to use the time card & weekly hours calculator
Total weekly paid hours
Enter hours worked per day before subtracting any unpaid break. The same break length is subtracted for each nonzero workday. No break is deducted on days with zero hours.
Overtime pay estimate
Hours above the chosen threshold are multiplied by the overtime rate; all other paid hours use the ordinary hourly rate. The default is 40 hours and 1.5× pay.
What this is not
This is a simple weekly timesheet, not a clock-in/clock-out tracker. It does not calculate payroll taxes, multiweek overtime, paid leave, state-specific overtime rules, or daily overtime thresholds.
